Elaina Sprigg has been in the dental field for two years. New to the Rother Dental family, she has served as a dental assistant for over a year.
Originally from Dillsburg, and a graduate of Northern High School, Elaina perused her dental assisting career after high school at Cumberland Perry Area Vocational Technical School.
Her reason for choosing the dental field was having the ability to help patients achieve a smile they're comfortable with and proud of when finishing their treatment of any level. Elaina also has a passion for helping out the community with local charity events including volunteering as "The Tooth fairy", at many local school visits!
Outside of the office you can find Elaina spending time outdoors, kayaking, traveling or spending time with her family.
Keri is an Extended Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) who has been making strides in the dental field
for the past 5 years.
She originally grew up around the Hershey area and graduated from Keystone Technical Institute.
She’s always been interested in teeth ever since she got her wisdom teeth out and had such a wonderful experience after being so terrified. Oral surgery is what really got her passionate about jumping into the world of dentistry.
When she’s not helping Dr. Rother achieve healthy smiles for patients, she’s usually spending time with her husband fishing, hunting and partaking in crossfit.
Alexis, known as “Lex” around the office, grew up in Millersburg, PA and graduated from Millersburg High School before attending the Keystone Technical Institute for her degree in Dental Assisting.
Alexis is passionate about her career in dentistry since it gives her the unique opportunity to meet people every day and provide them with exceptional service.
“The dental field allows me to help others by giving them the gift of a beautiful smile, as well as a healthy lifestyle."
Lex continues to give back to our community by volunteering her time to various local organizations, such as Give a Child a Voice Foundation.
Outside of the office, she enjoys running her craft business with her husband and is the loving mom of her three young children; Zander, Hadley & Kasen.
Our Extended Function Dental Assistants and Dental Assistants are the some of the most highly trained individuals in the field. They team with our doctors to provide unmatched care. As specialists, they are able to focus on delivering optimal dentistry with attention to detail.
Our in-house laboratory gives Rother Dental the ability and flexibility to develop many of
our dental cases on the premises with customized attention to detail.
Nicole grew up in Marquette, Michigan. She is a 2010 graduate of Gettysburg High School, and decided to pursue her dental career post graduation at York Technical Institute. She would graduate in 2013 and begin a career in endodontic dental assisting.
Most recently broadening her dental assisting education in becoming a Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA), has brought her to the Rother Dental Family.
Her favorite part about working at Rother Dental is getting to meet new people and seeing their lives be transformed by the work that occurs daily.
"Be the reason someone smiles today!"
In Nicole's free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Austin and her two children Aaron & Isaac. You may also find her hiking in Caledonia State Park and traveling back home to Michigan to visit family and friends.
Jordyn Hoak is Rother Dental's Sterile Technician. She regulates the sterilization of all dental tools and assists hygienist, doctors and assistants in setting up and cleaning each operatory that is used for our patients!
She loves working in the dental field. She enjoys the team-like atmosphere at Rother Dental where she is constantly being taught new things and expanding her skills and knowledge. Eventually Jordyn would like to become an EDFA (expanded functions dental assistant).
Jordyn is from the York Springs area right here in Pennsylvania and graduated from Bermudian Springs High School and attends Harrisburg Area Community College.
